Kamaole Sands Resort sits across from Maui’s beautiful Kamaole Beach III. The ocean is warm and the surf is gentle, creating a year round water park that is perfect for families of all ages.
Kamaole Sands Resort condominiums surround a tropical garden, with fifteen acres of cascading waterfalls and picturesque fish ponds, the gardens have flowers all the year round, there are four tennis courts, a swimming pool, a wading pool for the kids and a sun deck, two jet spas, a whirlpool and a gym in the pool area. There are also several outdoor barbecue areas.
My two bedroom condo is unit 6-210, it is an end unit on the second floor and is one of only a few 2 Bedroom units in Kamaole Sands that is all on one level, which a number of guests have said that they prefer.
It has two Lanais, one off the living room and one off one of the bedrooms. Both overlook the beautiful gardens that are in the center of Kamaole Sands.

Condo Rental Rates
The rates shown below are for the high season, low season and Christmas season. To keep costs low I can only rent out my condominium for a minimum of 7 nights, but I am willing to discount my rates for longer stays.
Please note that the above rates DO NOT include 14.0% GET & TAT taxes; tax will be added to the final invoice.

- A $250 deposit will be required to hold your reservation.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for a Christmas booking)
- Payments can be made using a credit card.
- A Maid Service is available, but at an extra charge.
- 24-hour Front Desk Service.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10.00 a.m.
- For a Late Checkout a 1/2 days charge will be added.
Cancellations 60 days (90 days for a Christmas Booking) prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
For Cancellations received less than 60 days (90 days for a Christmas Booking) before arrival date or after arrival date all payments will be retained.
